Deva has welcomed the latest revisions and claims the changes are crucial to improving hot water safety and water efficiency in domestic new builds. The changes to Part G of the Building Regulations, due to come into effect on 1 October, will see the introduction of a new water efficiency standard of 125 litres per person per day, enhanced hot water safety and the setting out of where grey water and harvested rainwater can be used safely. ...
