Graham launches Parts 4 Plumbers heating spare parts service

Graham is launching a comprehensive heating spare parts service that will render every Graham branch a one-stop shop for plumbers and heating engineers across the country. With the launch of the new service, ‘Parts 4 Plumbers’, Graham plumbing and heating customers will now have access to over 75,000 plumbing and heating spare parts.

Parts 4 Plumbers draws on the market experience of Graham and its sister brand Curzon, who are regarded as market leaders for specialist parts knowledge, to offer customers a parts’ offering specifically tailored to the requirements of local environment. To come up with the local tailored stocking profile Graham invested in months of customer and boiler manufacturer marketing research and analysis to ascertain the specific demand for products for every branch. As well as ensuring each Graham branch has the right stock, a heating parts ‘Guru’ has been nominated and will be trained on PartsArena, so they are able to help identify parts quickly.

Launching the new service, Debbie-Sue Price, Marketing Manager for Graham Group, said: “At Graham we recognise the diversity of our customers’ work. In any given week our customers could be installing a boiler, replacing a tap, servicing a boiler or heating appliance. We wanted to make life easier for them and develop a service that means one trip to the Graham branch can provide everything they need. Our extensive market experience, coupled to that of Curzon, allows us not only to offer ‘Parts 4 Plumbers’ but, overtime, the Graham branch will be able to tailor their service to ensure that the products our core plumbing and heating customers want are always available.”

Parts 4 Plumbers will roll out across the Graham network from July.
