Graham has launched the Graham Green Book, its first ever comprehensive trade price list. The Graham Green Book will contain prices and specifications for 10,000 products and feature Bathrooms, Plumbing & Heating as well as a comprehensive renewables section. The book has been designed specifically for the tradesman and many of Graham’s customers were involved in the development of the publication and helped determine the content and size.

The Graham Green Book will be distributed to selected trade customers via their local branch manager. Each copy is indexed by product type with sections for Renewables, Bathrooms, Plumbing and Heating and each will be personalised with the customer’s name and include contact details of their local branch manager. For larger customers Graham will be providing the Green Book on a handy 1 GB usb stick. The usb stick casing is made from 100% recycled paper and will be formatted with an "easy search" function, making it as simple as possible for the customer to get the information they require.

The Graham Green Book will contain Graham’s largest ever listing of sustainable products and renewables. The ever increasing range will be supported by the company’s offer of dedicated installer training for customers seeking to learn more about the sustainable products and solutions now available on the market.

Ian Kenny, Marketing Director, explained why Graham was launching the Graham Green Book: “We are always looking to make sure we deliver the service that our customer’s require. By having a copy of the Graham Green Book with them or in the van, plumbers and heating engineers will have to hand prices of every one of the 10,000 products, whenever they need it. The large renewables section reflects the ever increasing importance of sustainability within our industry but because the technologies and products are changing so quickly, we have decided to offer specialist installer training for any customers wishing to understand our sustainable solutions in more detail.”

Initial customer feedback has been extremely positive: the consensus is that it is great to have a complete price list that can be taken anywhere. It will help tradesmen price jobs and even to explain the various different options that are available to clients whilst taking instructions from them.”

Anyone wishing to get a copy of the Green Book should contact their local Graham branch.
