Plumb Center now exclusively offers Saracen Washroom Solutions, an extensive range of standard and bespoke cubicles, ducting and vanity units designed for a wide variety of applications.

The factory prefabricated washroom solutions, available in a broad selection of colours and styles, include off-the-shelf and custom designed cubicles and made-to-measure pre-plumbed modules. They work across all sectors from wet area leisure and sports facilities to top quality office washrooms.

To complement the washrooms, Plumb Center also offers a comprehensive customer support package including bespoke technical design and planning as well as an on-site advisory service.

Saracen Washroom Solutions are a cost-effective way both to refurbish and construct new washrooms because they use the Saracen IPS (Integrated Plumbing System). Saracen IPS comprises a fully adjustable steel frame fitted with decorative removable panels. It includes a standard range of pre-plumbed and tested sanitaryware and is supplied as a complete module; it simply has to be installed and connected to site water supply and services.


On-site installation time is dramatically reduced because the frame and panelling system are prefabricated off-site (which also increases product reliability and onsite safety) and incorporated with the customer’s choice of sanitaryware.
