Aquavision exhibits new waterproof HD ready televisions
(25/12/2009)
Aquavision will be exhibiting their most extensive line-up ever at this years ISE Exhibition. Two new waterproof televisions will be launched in the Flamingo range 17 and 24 mainly for contractors, hotels and developers. These new models are both HD ready and feature 16:9 wide screens, RS232 control and digital Freeview.
Standard glass finishes are Polar White, black and MirrorVision (when the television is switched off, the glass takes the form of a mirror that is suitable for shaving, make-up etc. When it is turned on, the mirror gives way to the television screen) and custom finishes are available on larger orders.
Two new Heated TowelRail TVs will be introduced at ISE. The T-Rail T1 and T-Rail T4 both incorporate the new wide screen HD ready waterproof 17" Aquavision LCD television with a MirrorVision panel, built into a bespoke state-of-the-art chrome towel rail. The Aquavision Towel Rail TVs are ideal for installing into even the most recently completed bathroom with the minimum of disruption with just four mounting points and two cables. The T-Rail T1 measures H820 x W530mm and the T-Rail T4 is H1800 x W530mm.
The S4 high-end range, has been updated and expanded to include three full HD models the 24, 32 and 40, whilst the 19, 26 and 46 are all HD ready. All S4 televisions feature RS232 control, digital Freeview, a component video, S-Video and analogue PC input, single or twin HDMI inputs full scart connection and built in games.
The long awaited Aquavision 46 full daylight visible, HD ready television will also be on show. It allows the screen to be viewed in direct sunlight and is therefore ideal for installation on the patio or by the swimming pool. This in-wall television will be the centrepiece for the full outdoor range which will be launched later in 2010 and will include a 32 and 40 free standing model in a waterproof case. As with the rest of the Aquavision range, it features a heated screen to prevent misting-up and is fully waterproof. The television will also feature automatic temperature controls to allow it to be left outside all year.
The new bathroom range comprises four sizes, 17, 24, 32 and 40. These widescreens will be available in full HD and HD ready and feature digital tuners. The two smaller models will be available in the standard glass finish whilst the 32 and 40 are only available in MirrorVision.
Also on the companys stand will be The VaniTV which combines a mirror unit available in several sizes (portrait or landscape) available in flush or surface mount options with the 17 Aquavision screen imbedded in the mirror; the recently launched Bespoke range, Kitchen TV and Marine Range.
