New ways of drainage in screed and concrete floors for wetrooms

Novellini UK Limited has joined forces with CCL Specialist Supplies Ltd to spearhead new ways of drainage in screed and concrete floors that allow designs to be developed without the compromises associated with traditional drainage methods.

Alongside the launch of Elysium are drainage innovations that allow designers and installers to maximise design impact thanks to a linear approach to waste water channelling. Linear Screed Drain is a system for screeded floors. It is shallow and sleek and allows for waterless trapped sluicing. Similarly, the Linea Wet Deck for timber floors offers a two-way fall preformed deck that allows for maximum tiling with far fewer tile cuts. In essence, designers have been limited by the need to make multiple tile cuts – which can weaken both design and leak integrity.

The Elysium collection comprises a Crystalli 16mm glass freestanding bathtub, an elegant glass and chrome chaise longue, a choice of marble basin and Crystal furniture combinations, freestanding glass and shelf units and a freestanding Chromo- therapy with Aromo-therapy lamp. These statement pieces are complemented by an array of multi-function showering cabins and shower columns, a choice of crystal glass enclosures, shower trays and panels along with Hydro-therapy bathtubs all designed to create the very best in bathroom design and functionality. The Elysium collection is available with white, silver or new chrome profiles. The Elysium collection is tempered and treated with ‘Crystal Clear’ which leaves the glass easy to clean and resistant to bacteria growth and lime scale deposits. All paints are water based and as such non toxic.
