Roman has introduced an installation service which is designed to benefit both their retail partners and end users - the Roman Direct Delivery and Installation Service.

With the new installation service, Roman will undertake the delivery and installation of a Roman shower enclosure or bath screen, on behalf of the retailer at the end user’s home.

This service is available across Roman’s entire range of enclosures and bath screens, but is anticipated to be most popular across their Sculptures range of enclosures, walk-ins and wetroom panels, as these products feature 10mm thick glass and therefore require a two man lift when installing due to their weight. Installation rates vary across each product range and by product complexity.

Increasingly installers are concerned about the weight and specialism of enclosures which feature 10mm thick glass, particularly some small business installers, who can’t afford to have two installers on one job. Roman’s Direct Delivery and Installation Service eliminates this problem and also ensures the enclosure or bath screen is expertly installed.

Roman’s installation service also ensures that the Roman product is installed correctly first time, whilst at the same time customers gain from the added benefit that the Installation Service is backed by a two year installation guarantee, along with the Truelife, Lifetime guarantee on the actual Roman product.
